STAR-CROSSED STARLET

She walks as the sinfonietta goes and then moves like a doll on someone’s hand
Staring every shape up and down only on the stage, for none of the footlights is turned to light down the side of theatergoer
And the sounds of applause wash away like the rain of grain of sand
Yet a thousand masks never leave her face even though the story’s o’er

What a fantastic celebration, my Lord! If only I could be the first lady here, or may be in your heart only…”
She said a textual flattery in “Red Berry on The Deadly Lips”, her 21st drama, where she’s leading role as a whore perfectly
Thinking against her own thought many times
Anything to feed the greed that always needs more rhymes

She keeps smiling alongside the road during the winter
Living life as somebody else, calling back herself no longer
She feels tired by hanky-panky behind the red curtain
While people only think of the beauty that has scared them time and time and time again

Remember her, whom people never ever hold motherly
She is what sad story is made of actually

  4. It's about a star who wants to be seen as a human, not only a puppet or heartless reflection of the ones that she played as :D
